RUAG: Aircraft services at its best!

RUAG Aviation presents their broad range of services for the maintenance of Business and Executive jets at the EBACE in Geneva on the 17 - 19 May 2011 (Hall 6, Stand 150).

RUAG Aviation, a division in the Aerospace market segment, is a competence centre for civilian and military aircraft maintenance as well as for the development, production and integration of systems and subsystems in aviation. As a technology partner of the Swiss and German Air Force, as well as other international air forces and civilian aircraft operators and manufacturers, RUAG Aviation focuses on its three core competencies of military maintenance, civilian maintenance as well as the maintenance of components and subsystems.

RUAG Business Aviation
Within the civilian sector, the range of services from RUAG Aviation encompasses comprehensive maintenance, system upgrades & modifications, cabin interior solutions and also aircraft painting services for the owners and operators of selected civilian aircraft models. As a partner of the aircraft manufacturers Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, Embraer, Hawker Beechcraft, Piaggio and Pilatus, RUAG Aviation runs authorised service centers in Switzerland and Germany. All civilian activities are summarised in the Business Unit Business Aviation. The 4 one-stop-shop sites of Business Aviation are in Geneva, Bern-Belp, Lugano-Agno in Switzerland and Munich in Germany.

RUAG at the EBACE
RUAG Aviation is showing at the EBACE and will welcome its customers and partners at booth 150 in Hall 6. The entire service portfolio will be presented through various presentations under the slogan of “Customer promise: aircraft services at its best!” On the static display you can find a Bombardier Global Express, which was subject of a “one stop shop“ project at RUAG in Mu-nich recently: an 8C-Check, cabin refurbishment and painting in just twelve weeks downtime. The highlight of RUAG’s appearance at the EBACE is on Wednesday, the 18th of May 2011 when there will be the hospitality cruise with customers and partners on the Geneva lake, which has already become a tradition.
