RUAG Business Aviation launches AOG Support Center

RUAG Aviation is constantly expanding its Customer Service for operators of business aircraft. In order to be able to offer assistance for emergency technical problems even quicker, RUAG Aviation has set up a central AOG support center for its four sites at Geneva, Lugano, Bern and Munich that has one emergency number for all four sites.

If aircraft are grounded due to technical problems, these are always emergency situations for the operators and the crews. Quick support is needed at such times. With its reliable authority in the maintenance of business aircraft, RUAG Aviation offers a far-reaching emergency service with its AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Support Center.

If an aircraft is grounded because of a technical breakdown, the crew can call out RUAG Avia-tion 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The emergency calls are received at the AOG Support Centre in Munich and are managed from there.

With this service RUAG Aviation can further reduce the unscheduled downtimes of its customers aircraft.
