Brigitte Beck: new CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd

Brigitte Beck will be the new CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd and thus the successor of Peter E. Bodmer, who has been managing the company on an interim basis since December 2021. After the completion of the demerger, she will take on the operational responsibility of the company at the start of a new era. As a successful technology partner of the Swiss Armed Forces, RUAG MRO Holding Ltd will make an even more significant contribution to Swiss sovereign security with its new strategy.

For her new assignment, Brigitte Beck, a proven financial expert, brings many years of national and international experience in the machine and energy industry and comprehensive experience and expertise in transformation processes. In her current position, she manages a company that develops innovative products in the field of sustainable energy. The replacement of multiple weapons systems of the Armed Forces in the next 8 to 10 years and the successful deployment of new technologies are among the major challenges facing RUAG MRO Holding Ltd.

"I am very excited for my future role as CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd. The conversations I've had as part of this intense application procedure have shown that RUAG is a dynamic, competitive company with highly motivated employees," said Brigitte Beck.

Brigitte Beck will be replacing Peter E. Bodmer, who has been managing RUAG MRO Holding Ltd on an interim basis since December 2021. In this short period of time, he helped the company focus on its objectives and prepare for this new phase. "We are very thankful for Peter E. Bodmer's valuable support during this transition phase," said Nicolas Perrin, Chairman of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd.
