As the Airbus-certified repair center for POLYCOM terminals in Switzerland, RUAG has the necessary expertise and infrastructure to perform repairs quickly and reliably.

This includes the necessary repair material as well as the entire logistics including packaging and dispatch of the terminals and their accessories. Support agreements with Airbus guarantee constant availability of spare parts and auxiliaries.

Comprehensive technical know-how according to the latest technology standards

Equipment repairs are performed within 5 working days (excl. transportation) by our certified repair center. Every customer gets his/her personal equipment back once it’s repaired –the equipment is not exchanged. RUAG grants a warranty of 3 months on repairs carried out and associated materials. A pick-up and delivery service incl. special transport box (on loan) is available on request.

Support agreements with Airbus ensure the constant availability of spare parts and auxiliaries. The RUAG Repair Center in Aigle is also your reliable contact for POLYCOM equipment distributed by Atos. This includes in particular the handling of warranty claims and repairs.
