RUAG has been committed to promoting young talent for years, giving young people like you the chance of a successful start to working life.

On October 25, 2025, we will be opening our doors at various locations to you, your parents, friends, and anyone else who is interested in vocational training.

TalentsDay gives you the opportunity to get an idea of what you can expect as an apprentice at RUAG. You will also receive information about all the career fields that RUAG offers at its various locations. Our apprentices will show you what they do at RUAG and what their training is like. Come by and ask our apprentices and vocational trainers your questions about vocational training in person.
