Composite courses for industry and aviation
Nowadays, many sectors simply could not exist without components and parts made from composite materials: whether in aviation, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, wind power, or in shipbuilding. Their field of application and use, as well as the associated requirements, are continually growing, and consequently so too is the demand for skilled workers, and corresponding expertise. It is therefore crucial that we invest in the skills of tomorrow, today.
RUAG offers three different courses for Composite beginners and advanced students. In addition to two main courses (Basic & Advanced), together with the hftm Grenchen, the leading Higher College of Technology in Switzerland, we offer a 13-day foundation course in lightweight construction, providing working professionals with a sound theoretical and practical introduction to the world of fiber composites. Draw on comprehensive technical & expert knowledge - with renowned experts such as Dr. sc. Techn. Markus Zogg of the ETH Zürich and Marc Rössler, CEO of flugundform and an established expert, among others - and take advantage of sound expertise in the repair and modification of composite materials.
