OUR EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Working hours

Trust-based working hours with a waiver (42 working hours per week), Systematic time tracking (40 working hours per week), flexible organization of working hours, work from home if possible

Annual leave

25 Tage < 40 Jahre
27 Tage ≥ 40 Jahre
30 Tage ≥ 50 Jahre

Public holidays and bridging days*

10 paid compensatory days or compensation for local holidays and bridging days, depending on the working hours model.

Continued payment of wages, illness and accidents
