Avionics technician

As an aircraft and helicopter avionics technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of avionics equipment. You will maintain, repair and overhaul electrical and electronic components on aircraft. Your work is varied and you work with a wide range of equipment, including communication and navigation instruments. You will carry out fault diagnosis and system checks. YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION

For jobs involving work on helicopters, certain prerequisites are of great importance. You should have technical training in the field of aviation mechanics or a similar subject area (polymechanics, automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery mechanics, etc.).  Precision, technical understanding and great attention to detail are essential to ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft. The ability to work in a team, resilience and willingness to work are important characteristics that you must possess.

Technical education

An important prerequisite for a successful application is a solid technical education. This qualification can be acquired by completing a degree in polymechanics, automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery mechanics or related fields.
