At the Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2025, the Board of Directors of RUAG MRO Holding AG elected Jean-Marc Lenz as a new member of the Board of Directors of RUAG MRO Holding AG. "I am delighted that we have been able to gain an experienced leader and someone with in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry for our company. I am convinced that he will complement our board perfectly and help us to continue developing the company with a focus on the future," says Jürg Rötheli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RUAG MRO Holding AG.
Jean-Marc Lenz (61) was CEO of the SR Technics Group from 2019 to 2023. This is one of the world's largest independent providers of technical services in civil aviation. He is considered a proven expert in the national and international aviation industry and has held important management positions in the aviation industry for over 30 years. He was also a member of the board of Swissmem, the association of the Swiss technology industry.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Jürg Rötheli and the two members Elisabeth Bourqui and Roland Leuenberger have been confirmed in their positions and re-elected.
The previous members of the Board of Directors Monica Duca Widmer, Nicolas Gremaud, and Sibylle Minder Hochreutener did not stand for re-election and are leaving the Board of Directors. “I would like to thank Monica Duca Widmer, Nicolas Gremaud, and Sibylle Minder Hochreutener for their great commitment in difficult times and their valuable services. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I wish them all the best for the future,” said Jürg Rötheli.
