Claudia Bidwell is joining the RUAG Board of Directors with immediate effect. She is currently Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) responsible for all human resources at Implenia, Switzerland's leading construction and real estate services provider. Prior to this role, Claudia Bidwell held various senior HR positions, including at global pharmaceutical companies Novartis and Takeda.
Claudia Bidwell studied economics at University College London, completed various executive management programs at Harvard Business School, and is a mentor at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
