As of 1 March 2024, Ralf Müller is to become CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd. Within this role, he will assume responsibility for the operational management of the company, and will also chair the management board. In his last position, Ralf Müller was CEO of the Schurter Group. He will thus take over from Thomas Kipfer and Christian Priller, who have led the company on an interim basis since August 2023.

Vergangenen Freitag hat der Vollzug, auch Closing genannt, mit den Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der CyOne Security AG und der RUAG MRO Holding AG stattgefunden. Mit diesem Vollzug sind wir nun alleiniger Aktionär der CyOne Security AG.

On 25 April, Federal Councillor Viola Amherd and members of the Security Policy Commission of the Swiss National Council (SiK-N) visited our Emmen site at RUAG's invitation. The Head of the DDPS and 25 members of the National Council had the opportunity to get an idea of our colleagues' numerous skills and activities on site.

Michelle Mägerle, Chief HR Officer at RUAG MRO Holding Ltd, has decided to seek a new challenge. The search for her successor is now underway.

Andreas Berger, CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd, is stepping down from all his functions at RUAG at the end of the year following the successful completion of the unbundling of RUAG into two separate entities.

RUAG’s focus is on Swiss security. However, the protection of the climate and environment is also important to us. For this reason, we are part of the “Exemplary Energy and Cli-mate” initiative of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. With our contribution, we support the objective of Energy Strate-gy 2050 with innovative and exemplary measures. This is our way of setting an example for energy efficiency and climate protection in terms of work equipment and infra-structure, day after day – for an environmentally healthy fu-ture for Switzerland.
