From 1 March 2024, Ralf Müller is to become the new CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd and in so doing will assume operational management of the company. He previously spent just under twenty years with the Schurter Group in Lucerne, a globally leading technology company. Here, he held various positions of leadership at the highest levels of management. He was most recently employed as the CEO of the Schurter Group.
In Ralf Müller, RUAG has managed to acquire an experienced and highly competent CEO. In particular, in the long term the company will benefit from his sound knowledge in the areas of production and innovation. Under the leadership of Ralf Müller, RUAG will continue to make a significant contribution to promoting the sovereign security of Switzerland, realising our defined performance mandate with a strong customer focus, and further developing our corporate culture on a foundation of trust.
Ralf Müller is a graduate mechanical engineer and also completed a General Management course at Stanford University in California.
