Congratulations!

The nationwide Swiss metalworking competition “FRAISA ToolChampions" for apprentices took place recently. We are proud of all the participants and share in their joy at their achievements. We would especially like to congratulate Levin Peter, who took first place overall in Switzerland in the “Conventional Machining” category.

For over 30 years, more than 1,000 apprentices in the fields of micromechanics, polymechanics, and production mechanics have participated annually in the FRAISA ToolChampions competition. Working from a provided drawing, they produce a perfect workpiece through milling, drilling, and thread cutting. Levin Peter, a polymechanics apprentice at the Alpnach site, impressed the judges in the “Conventional Machining” category. He took first place in both the German-speaking Switzerland regional competition and the national overall rankings.
